This is your no-pressure, no-payment trial. You’re not billed until the end of the 7 days — and only if it’s the right fit.

During this time, you’ll:

  • Get full access to the Fly High Fitness app

  • Watch a short onboarding video

  • Complete assessment forms covering:
      – Medical history
      – Mindset and motivation
      – Schedule, lifestyle, and training experience
      – A simple at-home movement screen and fitness profile
      – Wellness habits: stress, sleep, breathing, nutrition, activity, and more

  • Sync optional wearables (Apple Health, Oura, Garmin, Fitbit) or nutrition apps (MyFitnessPal, Cronometer)

  • Book your 60-minute Discovery Call — a 1:1 deep dive into your goals and how we’ll tailor this experience for you
