Fly High Fitness offers highly personalized online fitness coaching tailored specifically to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Our detailed assessments, in-depth profiling, and expert guidance help you achieve optimal health and performance.
Our programs are perfect for anyone who values deep customization, detailed assessments, and a holistic approach to health and wellness, whether you're a beginner, experienced fitness enthusiast, or an advanced athlete.
After our initial discovery call, you'll complete comprehensive assessments covering medical history, personality, mindset, movement capabilities, fitness levels, and holistic wellness (optional upgrade assessing health, stress, breathing, sleep, nutrition). Using this information, we build a detailed client profile and design a fully personalized workout program delivered through the Fly High Fitness app.
Typically within 1–3 business days after you complete the assessments. Depending on complexity, it can take up to a week, but we strive to ensure you can start your training the following Monday if all of your information is received promptly the week before.
Expect to spend approximately 1–2 hours completing assessments. You can save your progress and return at your convenience, but we encourage prompt completion so we can quickly design your program. This is a one time deep dive and the reason you are here so that we can craft a plan for you that is not cookie cutter or generic template like many others on the market.
We utilize our proprietary framework (based on Big Five, Myers-Briggs, Four Tendencies, Enneagram, DiSC) to better understand how you think, communicate, and form habits. This helps us tailor coaching strategies and workout programming specifically to your preferences and motivational style.
Wellness coaching covers targeted strategies in health, stress management, breathing, sleep optimization, nutrition guidance, and habit formation. You'll receive personalized weekly tasks such as protein intake targets, step goals, breathing exercises, targeted mobility routines, and sleep wind-down practices among many other things based on your deep dive assessment.
You'll complete a brief weekly check-in form on the app, receiving detailed responses and ongoing support. Every fourth week (week 3 of your 4 week phase), a more comprehensive check-in helps us adjust and refine your next program phase based on your progress and preferences.
All clients can comment directly on workouts in the app for immediate feedback and 1:1 messaging access in the app. Captain’s Seat members receive priority responses and weekly video calls. Response times are typically within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We provide macronutrient recommendations but do not prescribe specific meal plans. For clients seeking detailed nutritional counseling, we offer a referral to Gabriel Alfonso, a registered dietitian and former Red Sox RD whom we trust.
Clients receive exclusive discounts on Thorne supplements: 15% (Business Class), 20% (First Class), and 25% (Captain’s Seat).
Our exclusive app provides workout delivery, progress tracking, habit coaching, resources, nutrition tracking, integrations with wearable devices (Apple Health, Fitbit, Oura, Garmin) and nutrition apps (MyFitnessPal, Chronometer), communication with your coach, and supplement discounts.
Currently, our main offerings are online-based. However, local Boston-area clients interested in in-person training may inquire separately about availability and pricing.
You'll receive an onboarding message guiding you through the next steps. We schedule your initial discovery call to meet and go over your goals, you then complete the detailed assessments and we create your customized profile, that aides us in delivering your first personalized program. Our goal is to make your onboarding experience smooth and efficient, getting you started quickly and confidently.
