We use our app to provide progress tracking, and remote coaching feedback to connect anywhere. Designed for anyone from newcomer to advanced, we meet you where you're at regardless of your experience.

In-Person & In-Home Training ($$-$$$$)
Train 1-on-1 with a former Red Sox strength coach in Boston. Whether you’re an athlete or a professional looking to get stronger, our in-person training delivers elite-level coaching tailored to your goals. Sessions are available at Shed PT on Commonwealth Ave in Back Bay, or contact me for details on private in-home training options. Full app access included.
