From our call and intake, I’ll build your personal profile, a clear picture of you to identify your strengths and barriers. I use this to create your custom training program and habit roadmap that leads you to your goals.
STEP 3
Train & Track
My app keeps everything in one place so you can follow simple, step-by-step workouts made just for you and easily track the things that matter. Everything’s based on your goals, schedule, and equipment.
STEP 4
Communicate & Grow
Support is built in. You’ll have daily messaging access to me, weekly check-ins, and get personalized resource guides that teach you how to win at your barriers with training, recovery, nutrition, mindset, and more
STEP 5
Review, Refine, Refresh
Every 28 days, we’ll jump on a call to celebrate your wins, review your progress, and build a fresh new program to make sure your training evolves as you do so you always know exactly what to focus on next .

I’m Ben Chadwick, founder of Fly High Fitness. For over a decade, I worked behind the scenes as a strength coach for the Boston Red Sox helping players stay strong and perform at their best.
I also understand how overwhelming the fitness world can feel, and how frustrating it is to work hard without seeing results or to feel like you’re constantly guessing your way through.
