Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Fly High Fitness, we’re committed to delivering high-quality training and personalized coaching experiences. Because we invest considerable time, effort, and resources into creating customized programs and services, we maintain a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy.
📌 Online Coaching (Monthly Subscriptions)
Due to the personalized nature of online coaching, refunds are not provided after your program has begun or been delivered. However, if you are dissatisfied with your coaching experience, we strongly encourage you to reach out. We’ll work directly with you to find a solution, whether that involves adjusting your plan, level of support, or coaching strategy to better align with your goals.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least 7 days' written notice (via email). No partial refunds will be given, but you can continue to access your coaching program through the end of your current billing cycle.
📌 4-Week Training Programs (Digital Downloads)
Since our training plans are digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase, they are non-refundable. Please carefully review the details before purchasing. If you have any questions about choosing the right plan, please contact us prior to purchase.
📌 In-Person Training Sessions

Single Sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a full charge of the session fee.

Session Packages: Unused sessions are not refundable, but may be credited toward future training sessions, subject to approval. All credits must be used within 90 days from the original purchase date.
